🌱 Dr. Milan is an ESG consultant and the founder and leader of ICDLAB – Sustainability and Communication, a consulting firm established in 2014. With 29 years of professional experience, she has supported companies, organisations and institutions in defining sustainability pathways, ESG strategies, reporting processes, and strategic communication.
📊 A GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, she has also earned additional GRI certifications in sustainability reporting, human rights, and the integration of the SDGs into reporting processes. Her expertise also extends to EU project design, developed within the framework of the 2021–2027 programmes.
🎓 She provides consulting and professional training on sustainability, international frameworks, sustainability reporting, greenwashing, responsible communication, and the enhancement of research and innovation.
💬 Over the course of her career, Dr. Milan has built extensive experience in strategic, corporate and institutional communication, including in highly technical and scientific fields. Her work has included scientific and biomedical research communication, national awareness campaigns, fundraising, external relations, press office activities, and internal communication.
🏢 She has held managerial roles in international industrial groups, including Benetton Group, Marcolin Group and AERMEC, and is a professional member of FERPI – the Italian Federation of Public Relations.
🤝 Dr. Milan has also collaborated with universities, training institutions, and organisations specialised in sustainability and innovation, and served as Subject Expert in Social Communication at the University of Padua. She is the author and co-author of publications on sustainability, environmental communication, and the sustainable transition.
