He founded PRAGMA Law to deliver boutique, pragmatic counsel across Technology, Data Protection, IP, Media, and Commercial Contracts, with flexible DPO and General Counsel as a service model to keep clients compliant without overhead 🔐💡.
Nicolas previously served as Counsel at PwC Legal Luxembourg, handling data protection, commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and IP/IT, with secondments to an international tech company and a listed real estate firm 🚀. His business development experience spans presentations, articles, networking, and drafting client quotes, plus internal DPO leadership and representation for cybersecurity, AI, and DORA.
Earlier roles include Senior Associate at KOAN Law Firm in Brussels, where he led the Fly startup program and delivered DPO services across sectors. Beyond client work, he chairs Luxembourg’s British Chamber Legal Group and serves on the Luxembourg Bar AI Commission 📜⚖️. Nicolas also contributes as a visiting professor and startup advisor.
