We are thrilled to introduce our latest affiliate attorney, **Benedetta De Donno**, hailing from Italy! 🇮🇹
Benedetta was born in Maglie on August 24, 1987, and has built an impressive academic and professional background in law. She earned her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lecce in 2011, focusing on the liability of directors in failed joint-stock companies. Her dedication to legal expertise continued with a specialization diploma from the Legal Professions School at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2013.
In 2018, Benedetta achieved her Ph.D. in Economic and Business Law, researching “Liquidating Trusts” inspired by significant legal precedents in Italy. She further enhanced her practical knowledge through an internship at the Notary Office of Ghirlanda in Biella and completed her clerkship to become licensed to practice law in 2014.
Today, she serves clients across Italy, particularly in corporate and contractual law, while contributing to the legal community as a member of the Trust Association in Italy since 2022. In 2024, she published her “Compendium of Commercial Law” and established a professional partnership with Sole 24 Ore.
